Overview
Own all aspects of repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for production and engineering operations at Air Liquide Advanced Materials. Maintain gas manifolds and facility equipment, working nights, weekends, and holidays. Collaborate with a team focused on safety and efficiency. What You'll Do10
- 1Install and modify chemical processing equipment, including gas manifolds and auxiliary systems.
- 2Repair and troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- 3Execute the Preventative Maintenance Program and Monitoring and Measuring Devices Program.
- 4Update Work Instructions and recommend preventive maintenance intervals based on repair data.
- 5Lead engineering improvement projects, defining scope and schedule with all stakeholders.
- 6Recommend spare parts inventory levels and write purchase requisitions.
- 7Perform component rebuilds and calibrations.
- 8Conduct leak checks following process flow in chemical processing equipment.
- 9Participate in emergency response (ER) team as an entry team member, wearing SCBA and Level A suit.
- 10Complete all assigned training and follow safety protocols.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED.
- 23+ years industrial maintenance experience, preferably in chemical or fluids systems industry.
- 3Knowledge of gas pressure system component theory and operation.
- 4Medical clearance to wear a full-face respirator and pass physical test.
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
- 6Ability to roll cylinders up to 200lbs.
- 7Read and construct from P&ID or engineering drawings.
- 8Basic electronic, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills; general maintenance and tube bending skills.
- 9Effective communication and computer software skills.
