Overview
Own the Non-Conformance process for a leading automotive manufacturer in Fremont, CA. You will maintain and optimize mechanical and chemical processes to ensure high product quality, efficiency, and safety. Work with Python for process monitoring and AWS for data analysis. What You'll Do8
- 1Own the Non-Conformance process, managing non-conforming materials and driving corrective actions.
- 2Maintain and optimize mechanical and chemical processes using Python scripts and AWS analytics.
- 3Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot out-of-control processes to minimize downtime.
- 4Qualify new equipment and processes, supporting yield enhancement and scrap reduction initiatives.
- 5Perform routine equipment repairs and support line configuration changes.
- 6Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives, managing parts and tools inventory.
- 7Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to achieve production targets.
- 8Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Requirements5
- 1Associate Degree in Electronics, a technical certificate, or equivalent industrial experience.
- 23+ years troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- 3Proven ability to analyze test data, malfunctions, or deviations and assist with process corrections.
- 4Proficient with hand and portable tools.
- 5Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
