Overview
Join a pioneering autonomous vehicle company as a Quality Technician on the Primary Compute Suite line. You will own inspection and testing of the PCU, the vehicle's intelligence core, at scale. What You'll Do8
- 1Execute IQC, IPQC, and OQC on PCBAs, castings, moldings, and electro-mechanical assemblies using Digital Volt Meters and precision instruments.
- 2Use calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify hardware dimensions and tolerances.
- 3Log inspection data into quality databases, maintaining records compliant with ISO and internal standards.
- 4Track serialized products through manufacturing, ensuring physical and virtual traceability.
- 5Initiate non-conformances and drive root cause analysis with engineering for MRB dispositions.
- 6Calibrate test equipment to ISO requirements and support PPAP documentation.
- 7Inspect high-level compute units and racks, including troubleshooting software-controlled assemblies.
- 8Manage tight deadlines while performing detailed inspections on complex hardware.
Requirements7
- 14+ years of QA experience in a serialized, automated production environment.
- 2Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Robotics, or Medical Device manufacturing.
- 3Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle ERP and MS Office/Google Suite.
- 4High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5Strong analytical skills for complex hardware and tight deadlines.
- 6Bonus: previous experience in high-end computer/rack assembly and testing.
- 7Bonus: working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485.
