What You'll Do7

  • 1Execute IQC, IPQC, and OQC on injection moldings, castings, PCBAs, and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies within your first month.
  • 2Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and DVMs to verify component integrity and dimensional accuracy.
  • 3Document inspection results in the quality database, maintaining records per ISO and internal requirements.
  • 4Manage physical and virtual product movement in the serialized manufacturing process for traceability.
  • 5Assist engineering with MRB dispositions, identify non-conformances, and participate in RCA.
  • 6Calibrate test equipment to ISO standards, including CMM.
  • 7Submit PPAP documentation and suggest continuous improvements for inspection procedures.

Requirements6

  • 14+ years of QA experience in a serialized production environment.
  • 2Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Device, or Robotics preferred.
  • 3Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle and MS Office or Google Suite.
  • 4Experience with LiDAR, camera, or sensor assembly and troubleshooting preferred.
  • 5In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485 preferred.
  • 6Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
