Overview
You will own the operation and maintenance of a Cryogenic Air Separation Unit in Fremont, CA, ensuring safe and efficient production. You'll diagnose and repair compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment, while working with SCADA and PLC systems. What You'll Do10
- 1Operate and monitor the ASU to maintain safe and efficient production.
- 2Perform preventive maintenance on compressors, pumps, motors, and valves.
- 3Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- 4Execute startups and shutdowns of complex plant systems.
- 5Monitor plant operations via SCADA, HMI, and PLC systems.
- 6Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- 7Conduct inspections and collect data to identify maintenance issues.
- 8Maintain accurate records for maintenance and production.
- 9Participate in root cause analysis and safety investigations.
- 10Support on-call rotation and overtime as required.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in Air Separation Plant or related industrial plant experience.
- 2Experience maintaining compressors, pumps, motors, and rotating equipment.
- 3Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and process equipment.
- 4Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and industrial testing equipment.
- 5Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
- 6Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and be on-call.
- 7High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
- 8Familiarity with PLC, DCS, SCADA, or HMI systems preferred.
