Overview
Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance at scale in a 24/7 facility, supporting wafer fabrication and metrology equipment. Be part of a hands-on team that improves system performance and reduces tool downtime. You will collaborate with engineering and operations to drive reliability and maintain documentation. This role blends mechanical and electronic troubleshooting with preventive and corrective maintenance.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Semiconductor Equipment to maximize uptime.
- 2Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology and related systems.
- 3Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical subsystems to support process requirements.
- 4Complete and maintain detailed maintenance documentation for each activity.
- 5Communicate clearly with teammates and cross-functional groups to coordinate maintenance efforts.
- 6Assist engineering with equipment upgrades and long down troubleshooting to reduce recurring failures.
- 7Analyze tool data to identify failure trends and propose maintenance procedure improvements.
- 8Monitor tool performance to meet process requirements and minimize repetitive breakdowns.
Requirements7
- 12-5 years of Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance experience.
- 2Mechanical and electronic skills.
- 3Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 4Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- 5Problem-solving ability and project management skills in a manufacturing environment.
- 6Stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift.
- 7High School diploma.
