Overview
Owns maintenance and improvement of critical manufacturing equipment used in substrate packaging at scale in a cleanroom environment. Collaborates with engineers and process teams to boost tool performance and reduce downtime. Focuses on wet chemistry, plating, and dry high‑vacuum toolsets with data‑driven decisions. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment to diagnose non‑functioning systems and reduce downtime
- 2Design and perform setup calibration and preventive maintenance on production tools in wet chemistry, plating, and dry high‑vacuum environments
- 3Document maintenance activities, parts usage and findings with established systems
- 4Collaborate with engineering, process, and support teams to improve tool performance and reliability
- 5Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects including root cause analysis and yield improvement
Requirements5
- 1Associate degree in a technical field and 2+ years of equipment maintenance or related discipline
- 2Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 1+ years of experience
- 3High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of hands‑on manufacturing experience
- 4Experience troubleshooting, installation, repair, and operation of electromechanical equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing
- 5Proficiency with measuring devices such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers, and micrometers
