Own the performance, reliability, and uptime of wet clean semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment at Analog Devices. You'll work hands-on with chemical delivery systems, fluid handling, and wet process tools, collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot and improve equipment. This role focuses on chemical safety and contamination control, with training in SPC methods. What You'll Do10

  • 1Follow all safety protocols, with a strong focus on chemical safety and hazardous material handling.
  • 2Adhere strictly to cleanroom contamination control and gowning procedures.
  • 3Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on wet clean tools and associated subsystems.
  • 4Troubleshoot equipment issues to root cause, including pumps, valves, fluid delivery systems, chemical dispense and drain systems, sensors, heaters, and control components.
  • 5Conduct component-level diagnostics and repair when necessary.
  • 6Use basic statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor tool performance and identify trends.
  • 7Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance logs and equipment documentation.
  • 8Communicate technical findings, repeat issues, and tool status to engineering and peer teams.
  • 9Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, especially in chemical handling areas.
  • 10Identify and propose equipment or process improvements to enhance tool reliability and performance.

Requirements7

  • 1HS Diploma or GED.
  • 2Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, including full gowning and face covering.
  • 3Willingness to work around and safely handle chemicals used in wet cleaning processes.
  • 4Currently pursuing or completed an Associate’s (AS) degree (preferred).
  • 5Experience supporting or maintaining wet clean tools or chemical processing equipment (preferred).
  • 6Exposure to hazardous chemical handling and safety protocols (e.g., acids, solvents) (preferred).
  • 7Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or other cleanroom environments (preferred).
