Overview
You will handle move-in readiness and resident service requests across multiple properties in Las Vegas, ensuring quality and speed. You will report to a Maintenance Supervisor and work with a team of technicians to keep grounds, pools, and amenities safe. Your expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will drive resident satisfaction and operational stability. This floating role offers variety and on-call opportunities for after-hour emergencies.
What You'll Do8
- 1Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs to deliver quality move-in experiences.
- 2Respond to resident service requests with a professional attitude, resolving issues for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- 3Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks to keep them clean, operational, and safe.
- 4Report maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- 5Execute scheduled maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor, following all safety procedures.
- 6Participate in training programs required by Cushman & Wakefield, including fair housing laws and safety protocols.
- 7Handle on-call scheduling to respond to after-hour emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- 8Maintain a professional appearance per company uniform standards and safeguard all tools and equipment.
Requirements10
- 11+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or related field.
- 2Valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II certification or local equivalent.
- 3CPO certification or ability to obtain local pool operator certification.
- 4High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school education.
- 5Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety rules, and operating instructions.
- 6Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and prepare bar graphs.
- 7Ability to solve routine problems involving several known variables.
- 8Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions with common sense.
- 9Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 100 pounds.
- 10Ability to stand, walk, and climb staircases and ladders for extended periods.
