What You'll Do7
- 1Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet repair, and general upkeep.
- 2Complete resident service requests with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- 3Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- 4Perform on-call emergency procedures and report issues that affect the budget.
- 5Schedule and execute preventative maintenance, documenting all activities.
- 6Follow local, state, and federal housing codes and participate in training programs.
- 7Deliver superior customer service and represent the company professionally.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of related maintenance experience.
- 2EPA 608 certification, minimum Type II, or CPO if required.
- 3High School Diploma, GED, or trade school education.
- 4Valid driver's license and ability to work any shift.
- 5Knowledge of safe cleaning agents and equipment use.
- 6Ability to perform basic math and interpret data.
- 7Physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
