- 1Prepare apartments for move-ins through painting carpeting cleaning and general repairs
- 2Respond to resident requests promptly and maintain professionalism
- 3Perform maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
- 4Maintain grounds pools hot tubs and common areas ensuring safety and cleanliness
- 5Report maintenance concerns on vacant units models and common areas to the supervisor
- 6Follow fair housing laws and represent the company professionally
- 7Wear Cushman and Wakefield uniform and adhere to safety procedures
- 8Compute rates ratios and percentages and interpret bar graphs
- 9Utilize common sense to solve routine problems involving multiple variables
- 10Add subtract multiply divide using various units and measurements
- 11Write routine reports and correspondence
Requirements5
- 1Valid driver's license EPA 608 Type II or local city required certificate
- 2Ability to read policy manuals safety rules and maintenance instructions
- 3Strong mathematical skills for calculations and data interpretation
- 4Experience with trade technical or vocational education
- 51+ years of related experience
