What You'll Do11

- 3Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing HVAC electrical repairs and painting
- 4Maintain common areas pools and dog parks while ensuring safety and cleanliness
- 5Report maintenance concerns on vacant units and shared spaces to the Maintenance Supervisor
- 6Follow Cushman and Wakefield uniform dress code and safety protocols
- 7Operate office equipment and travel between properties as needed
- 8Compute rates ratios and percentages using mathematical calculations
- 9Write routine reports and maintain documentation according to policy guidelines
- 10Deliver exceptional customer service representing the company professionally
- 11Assist in executing maintenance schedules directed by supervisors
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II certification or local equivalent
- 2High school diploma GED trade technical or vocational education
- 31+ years of relevant maintenance experience
- 4Knowledge of plumbing HVAC electrical systems and basic carpentry
- 5Ability to read policy manuals safety regulations and maintenance instructions
- 6Strong computational skills for calculations involving rates ratios and percentages
- 7Experience with Excel spreadsheets and document management systems
- 8Commitment to punctuality and ability to work in varying weather conditions
- 9Physical stamina for standing walking and lifting up to 100 pounds
- 10Familiarity with fair housing laws and customer service best practices
