Maintenance Technician III, Public School District Arizona
Overview
Owning and performing preventive maintenance across multiple facilities at scale within a district setting. You will work onsite across various locations handling electrical, HVAC, plumbing, doors and hardware, roofing, lighting, and related trades. You will join a maintenance team collaborating with vendors and district staff to ensure safety and security of buildings. This role offers a 1st shift with rotating 2nd shift, full benefits, and on-call opportunities.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform preventative maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, doors and hardware, and lighting systems
- 2Inspect facilities for safety, security, and code compliance and document results
- 3Coordinate with vendors and district staff to complete repairs and replacements
- 4Respond to on-call requests and after-hour maintenance needs
- 5Track and report maintenance activities to ensure service levels and compliance
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Experience in maintenance across multiple trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting)
- 3Ability to work onsite at various locations in district
- 4Valid driver license and district vehicle access
- 5On-call availability and ability to work rotating 2nd shift
