What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform hands on maintenance of offices and interior exterior areas to keep properties in top condition
- 2Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers motors and lighting fixtures and replace faulty components
- 3Install and repair electrical systems and electronic components on industrial machinery and equipment
- 4Perform preventative maintenance and record findings in maintenance logs
- 5Respond to on call emergencies and coordinate with maintenance staff to maintain grounds and cleanliness
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Minimum of two years hands on apartments maintenance experience in plumbing electrical carpentry HVAC
- 3EPA or CFC certification
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to work on call and handle on site maintenance tasks
