Maintenance Technician, HVAC & Apartment Groundskeeping
Overview
Own and maintain apartment communities at scale across the valley with hands on repairs and readiness between residents. Work with a small team to service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and major appliances while also assisting with painting, grounds keeping, trash pickup, and pool maintenance as needed. This role emphasizes outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and ready apartments between residents by performing make ready tasks and repairs
- 2Repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and appliances to ensure move-in ready units
- 3Assist in property maintenance tasks such as painting, grounds keeping, trash pickup, and pool maintenance
- 4Receive, prioritize, and complete service requests efficiently across properties
- 5Support on-site teams to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming communities
