Overview
Maintenance Technician at Highlands at Spectrum will own resident service requests and apartment turns at a luxury 284-unit community in Gilbert, AZ. You will leverage hands on skills to repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances while delivering positive resident experiences. You will work with a supportive team and participate in AIR’s development programs to grow your career.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and complete basic apartment turns to ready units for new residents
- 2Troubleshoot and repair/replace plumbing, electrical components, HVAC equipment, and appliances
- 3Provide technical direction and training to fellow Maintenance Technicians
- 4Assist with move in/out inspections and vendor quality management
- 5Support proactive maintenance tasks and adapt with seasonal needs
Requirements5
- 1At least 2 years of maintenance experience preferably in facilities or building environments
- 2Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry)
- 3Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on call shifts
- 4Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests
- 5Ability to move heavy equipment and read write and speak English
Salary Insight
$46 - $52k per year
