What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
  • 2Address resident service requests related to appliance issues, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC problems and resolve them quickly and professionally
  • 3Oversee turnovers by inspecting, repairing, and cleaning apartments to ensure move-in readiness with high occupancy standards
  • 4Maintain curb appeal through landscaping and exterior maintenance to reflect high standards of cleanliness and attractiveness
  • 5Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and property management staff to uphold quality across the community
  • 6Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours emergency maintenance services as needed
  • 7Ensure safety compliance and operational standards are followed in all maintenance activities
  • 8Assist with miscellaneous duties as required to support property operations
  • 9Document work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • 10Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that supports resident satisfaction and retention

Requirements9

  • 11-2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance or equivalent experience including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry
  • 2Ability to operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment such as drills, saws, grinders, electrical testers, HVAC tools, and plumbing tools
  • 3Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly assess and resolve maintenance issues with minimal resident disruption
  • 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills for resident, team, and vendor interactions
  • 5Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional resident service
  • 6Flexible schedule with willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies
  • 7Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • 8Background check, employment verification, pre-employment physical, and drug screening required
