Overview
hvac plumbing electrical experience needed to maintain apartment communities at scale. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and support curb appeal across multiple buildings. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and complete service requests with urgency and attention to detail
- 2Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents to ensure timely readiness
- 3Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- 4Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, pool, and general maintenance projects
- 5Inspect amenities, common areas, and grounds to uphold curb appeal
- 6Partner with vendors, contractors, and team members to complete projects effectively
- 7Follow safety standards and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence
- 8Deliver outstanding customer service while building positive resident relationships

Requirements7
- 1Previous apartment maintenance, facilities, construction, or related maintenance experience
- 2Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or building systems
