Service Technician, Multi-Site Residential Maintenance
Overview
You will handle maintenance repairs and community upkeep across three Phoenix-area properties: The Prescott at Park West, The Cleveland, and The Ashley. Working with a team of Service Technicians, you will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues while supporting make-ready homes. You will also maintain pools and inspect for safety hazards. This role offers $25-27/hour plus certification incentives and on-call pay, with a supportive culture ranked #1 in Arizona multifamily.
What You'll Do7
- 1Complete make-ready homes to mark-Taylor standards, ensuring units are move-in ready within 90 days of hire.
- 2Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues across three properties.
- 3Maintain daily pool care, balancing chemicals and ensuring safety compliance.
- 4Inspect communities for hazards, addressing issues and reporting concerns to the Facilities Manager.
- 5Manage inventory of parts and cleaning supplies to reduce downtime.
- 6Deliver five-star service to residents, resolving requests promptly and professionally.
- 7Participate in on-call rotations, responding to emergency maintenance within 1 hour.
Requirements8
- 11+ years as a Service Technician in multi-family housing.
- 2Multi-site experience strongly preferred.
- 3Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, and OSHA standards.
- 4Reliable transportation and a functional cell phone.
- 5Clear written and spoken English communication.
- 6Positive, enthusiastic attitude with team collaboration.
- 7Available for on-call rotations.
- 8Basic computer skills for work orders and inventory.
