What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and complete routine maintenance tasks and repairs on facility systems
  • 2Respond to and resolve emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime
  • 3Follow established safety procedures and precautions during service
  • 4Communicate effectively with team members and residents
  • 5Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
  • 6Prioritize tasks and manage work orders to meet schedule targets
  • 7Operate with self-direction to complete projects on time
  • 8Assist in safety inspections and upkeep of common areas
  • 9Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements10

  • 1High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2Must be 18 years or older
  • 3At least 1 year of experience in plumbing electrical carpentry painting
