Overview
Own the operation maintenance and repair of hotel equipment at a flagship Highgate property. Scale hands-on preventative maintenance across guest rooms kitchens laundry HVAC and public spaces with a focus on energy conservation. What You'll Do6
- 1Assist with operation maintenance and repair of equipment
- 2Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms including vinyl repair touch up paint minor furniture repair tub caulking tile repairs
- 3Perform preventative maintenance for ice machines refrigerators kitchen equipment laundry equipment HVAC guestrooms meeting rooms pool and spa areas
- 4Repair exhaust fans and related systems and monitor energy conservation
- 5Respond to alarms and determine emergency status report findings to Front Desk
- 6Follow up on tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager
Requirements5
- 1Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- 2High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3Licensed in a trade preferred plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry etc
- 4Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- 5Must have an acceptable MVR property specific
