What You'll Do9
- 1Operate CNC multi turret lathes and related production equipment safely and efficiently
- 2Load raw materials and unload finished parts according to production requirements
- 3Monitor machine performance and make minor offsets or adjustments as needed
- 4Perform first piece in process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment
- 5Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- 6Replace tooling and maintain proper coolant and lubrication levels
- 7Maintain accurate production and quality records
- 8Keep work area clean and organized
- 9Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Minimum of 1–3 years of CNC lathe operating experience
- 3Experience with multi turret CNC lathes strongly preferred
- 4Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T concepts
- 5Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments
- 6Basic understanding of CNC controls and machine offsets
- 7Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- 8Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- 9Good communication and problem solving skills
