What You'll Do5
- 1Setup and operate 3-axis mills and 5-axis machine centers using provided machines and programs
- 2Inspect parts to verify critical dimensions and maintain precision standards
- 3Hit predetermined efficiency targets for each production part
- 4Collaborate with team to continuously improve manufacturing processes
- 5Maintain safe workspace by adhering to proper PPE protocols
Requirements5
- 13+ years CNC setup or operation experience on lathes or mills
- 2Ability to interpret blueprints with GD&T features
- 3Proficiency in manipulating G-Code programs and adjusting tool offsets
- 4Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- 5Commitment to safety in hazardous machining environments
