What You'll Do8

  • 1Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • 2Represent clients in court hearings across Superior, District, Housing, and Land Courts with minimal advance notice
  • 3Handle general real estate transactions, including closings, title review, and lease agreements
  • 4Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and correspondence to support case strategy
  • 5Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to advance case objectives
  • 6Attend depositions, mediations, and status conferences as required
  • 7Advise community associations on condominium law and governance issues
  • 8Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategies and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements8

  • 13-7 years of experience in civil litigation matters
  • 23-7 years of experience in general real estate matters
  • 3Juris Doctorate and admission to Massachusetts Bar required
  • 4Dual MA/NH Bar admission preferred
  • 5Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school
  • 6Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 7Ability to attend hearings in Superior, District, Housing, and Land Courts regularly
  • 8Commitment to exceeding client expectations and managing multiple cases concurrently
