Overview
Lead Superior and Housing Court litigation for landlord tenant matters including discrimination and 93A cases. Admission to the Massachusetts bar required. New Hampshire bar preferred. Full-time role with competitive compensation.
What You'll Do5
- 1Represent clients in Superior Court actions and Housing District Court proceedings via Zoom and in person
- 2Prepare and draft legal demands and pleadings across civil matters
- 3Advise clients on landlord tenant laws and fair housing regulations
- 4Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- 5Own complex litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes within first 90 days
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in Massachusetts landlord tenant litigation
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3BCBA license acceptable
- 4AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge beneficial
- 5React framework proficiency required
- 6Kubernetes deployment skills valued
- 7Proven track record in residential rental disputes
- 8Strong analytical abilities for statutory interpretation
- 9Excellent client communication and negotiation skills
- 10Experience with case management systems proficient
