What You'll Do9

  • 1Represent clients in complex commercial litigation from case inception through trial and appeal
  • 2Draft pleadings dispositive motions briefs and other litigation documents
  • 3Conduct legal research and prepare analytical memoranda
  • 4Manage full discovery phases including written discovery document review and depositions
  • 5Draft insurance coverage opinions and analyze complex coverage disputes
  • 6Advise clients on coverage issues extra contractual claims and litigation strategy
  • 7Work directly with clients witnesses experts opposing counsel and courts
  • 8Participate in hearings mediations arbitrations and trial preparation
  • 9Collaborate across offices on high profile litigation matters

Requirements10

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2CPC Card certification
  • 3AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge
  • 4BCBA credential
  • 55+ years constructing automated reporting dashboards using Python
  • 63-5 seasons managing multi jurisdiction insurance disputes
  • 7Active bar admission and good standing in District of Columbia jurisdiction
  • 8Demonstrated expertise in insurance coverage litigation
  • 9Strong analytical writing and oral advocacy skills
  • 10Proven ability to manage multiple high stakes matters simultaneously
