Litigation Associate Attorney
Overview
Seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with 7 to 10 years of litigation expertise. This role involves leading discovery depositions court appearances trial preparation and trial experience. The position is based onsite at Fort Washington office. Ideal candidates are organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities within strict litigation deadlines. Our firm provides high-quality legal services across Bucks Montgomery and Delaware Counties.

- 1Draft and/or respond to pleadings motions and briefs
- 2Prepare and/or answer pleadings discovery
- 3Engage in depositions and trial preparation
- 4Manage and track case deadlines including court filings and discovery schedules
- 5Maintain accurate case files in physical and electronic formats
- 6Communicate effectively with clients demonstrating professionalism and empathy
Requirements10
- 1Juris Doctor JD degree from an accredited law school
- 2Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar
- 37 to 10 years of legal experience with a strong litigation background
- 4Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines
- 5Excellent research analytical and legal writing skills
- 6Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- 7Experience with local government or municipal litigation practice is a plus
- 8Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- 9Commitment to accuracy confidentiality and professionalism
- 10Willingness to take ownership of assigned matters and collaborate with the legal team
