What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead and motivate a team of HVAC technicians, provide coaching and development to raise performance.
  • 2Oversee daily service operations including scheduling, dispatching, and technician coordination to deliver timely HVAC services.
  • 3Monitor service requests, document accurately, prioritize issues, and resolve them per policy and industry standards.
  • 4Conduct inspections and quality control checks on completed work to ensure safety, specifications, and customer satisfaction.
  • 5Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend system lifespan and reduce downtime.
  • 6Collaborate with sales and installations to align project requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • 7Manage inventory of parts, equipment, and supplies to support service operations.
  • 8Stay updated on HVAC trends, technology, and regulatory changes and adopt best practices.
  • 9Handle customer escalations with clear communication and strong relationship management.

Requirements10

  • 1Proven experience in the HVAC industry with service and maintenance for commercial and residential systems
  • 2Experience in a supervisory or managerial role demonstrating leadership and results
  • 3In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
  • 4Ability to interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications related to HVAC systems
  • 5Strong understanding of safety regulations, codes, and compliance standards in HVAC
  • 6Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks
  • 7Outstanding communication skills for client and team interaction
  • 8Proficient computer skills including HVAC service software and MS Office
  • 9Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • 10Customer service focused mindset with strong problem solving and relationship building
