HR Manager, Human Resources Generalist & Leadership
Overview
Own and oversee human resources programs for a multi-site manufacturing partner at scale. Lead employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, and payroll compliance within a fast moving industrial environment. Collaborate with senior HR leadership to implement policies and programs that drive people outcomes. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions to ensure compliant, fair outcomes.
- 2Own site compensation program design, participate in salary surveys, and update salary ranges to align with market data and business goals.
- 3Manage payroll compliance and HRIS data accuracy to support payroll processing and reporting.
- 4Coordinate benefits renewals, vendor relationships, and enrollment communications across multiple sites.
- 5Develop and deliver training programs and materials to support business needs and employee development.
- 6Drive performance management for site, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration to optimize talent.
- 7Coach managers through difficult conversations and complex scenarios to improve leadership capability.
- 8Maintain records and reports to demonstrate compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- 9Implement continual process improvements and new HR policies to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field
- 2At least seven years in a human resources generalist role
- 3At least two years of management or team leadership experience
- 4Experience with Paylocity or HRIS/Payroll systems is a plus
- 5Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 7Ability to manage confidential information and navigate multiple priorities
- 8Ability to work with limited supervision and take initiative to anticipate organizational needs
- 9Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside normal hours as needed
