What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead all HR operations across multiple sites to align with organizational goals
  • 2Oversee employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, and HR policies to ensure excellence
  • 3Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team across sites
  • 4Partner with executive leadership to support workforce planning and strategy
  • 5Oversee recruiting strategy and guide hiring managers through the hiring process
  • 6Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations across locations
  • 7Lead employee investigations and resolve complex workplace issues
  • 8Develop and implement HR initiatives to boost engagement, retention, and performance
  • 9Maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices using data-driven insights

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2Master's degree or HR certification preferred SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR
  • 38+ years of progressive HR experience in healthcare
  • 45+ years in an HR leadership role within a multi-site organization
  • 5Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • 6Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • 7Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • 8Experience leading HR within a multi-site organization
  • 9Healthcare industry experience
  • 10Ability to collaborate with executive leadership and manage workforce planning
