What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain relationships with leadership to translate workforce data into actionable plans
- 2Design and implement talent retention and engagement initiatives to support clinical delivery

- 4Lead talent planning, reporting, and recommendations for executive leadership
- 5Analyze HR metrics and produce executive summaries to inform decisions
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field
- 2Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible HR experience in healthcare or related field
- 3Knowledge of employee relations practices and employment law
- 4Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- 5Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence across organizational levels
