Overview
Own people strategy at the Mesa Parts Distribution Center driving culture, performance, and compliance at scale. Lead with strategic insight and hands-on execution to optimize workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations in a dynamic warehouse setting. Partner with site leadership to align HR with business objectives and operational excellence. This role blends policy, people systems, and workforce analytics to elevate organizational effectiveness.
What You'll Do15
- 1Lead HR strategy with site leadership to drive business objectives and expansion.
- 2Conduct organizational analyses to identify structural improvements, succession needs, and talent development opportunities.
- 3Leverage workforce analytics and labor market data to forecast trends and improve retention.
- 4Drive change management efforts to enable agility and cultural transformation.
- 5Provide expert guidance on employee relations and investigations to maintain a respectful workplace.
- 6Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies through tailored protocols and audits.
- 7Coach leaders on performance management and accountability to drive development.
- 8Administer disciplinary and grievance processes to uphold fairness and trust.
- 9Design recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates for hourly and salaried roles.

- 12Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices to reduce risk.
- 13Collaborate with Legal, Safety, and Corporate HR to mitigate compliance risks.

- 15Oversee HRIS data integrity and reporting to leadership for actionable insights.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred
- 38-10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments
- 4Minimum of 3 years experience as HRBP or HR leader
- 5Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- 6Proven ability to lead change and foster inclusive workplaces
- 7Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics
- 8Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across levels
