Requirements5
- 110+ years progressive HR leadership supporting manufacturing distribution operations
- 2Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business related field required Master's preferred
- 3Travel between Phoenix and El Paso distribution centers required
- 4Experience partnering with Environmental Health & Safety functions preferred
- 5Strong executive presence ability to influence senior leaders drive business results
