What You'll Do10
- 1Lead engineering strategy and governance across occupied properties
- 2Define standards playbooks and governance for building systems
- 3Oversee capital planning, major MEP upgrades and retrofits
- 4Drive preventative maintenance and condition based monitoring programs
- 5Provide senior leadership for HVAC electrical and controls across multiple asset classes
- 6Ensure regulatory alignment and policy adherence for all engineering activities
- 7Manage cross functional teams including FMPs and property management partners
- 8Support incident response and business continuity planning related to building systems
- 9Mentor engineers and technical staff and define performance expectations
- 10Govern risk management and compliance programs related to engineering services
Requirements5
- 17+ years of business execution implementation or strategic planning experience
- 23+ years management or leadership experience
- 35+ years of engineering leadership experience in commercial real estate facilities or critical infrastructure
- 4Professional Engineer or equivalent certification
- 5Knowledge of CMMS platforms and engineering analytics
