Senior Facilities Manager, Facilities Operations & Portfolio Oversight

What You'll Do10
- 1Lead day to day facilities operations across a campus or portfolio ensuring custodial, life safety, engineering and maintenance services meet contract and ownership directives
- 2Manage service contracts including RFPs, cost reviews, vendor performance and invoicing alignment with pricing
- 3Oversee maintenance programs for interior and exterior facilities, ensuring timely response to client and tenant requests
- 4Prepare consolidated reporting of budgets, financials, contracts, expenditures and purchases related to facilities
- 5Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and capital plans including five year maintenance and improvement initiatives
- 6Coordinate data collection and analysis of metrics such as work order productivity and cost savings to drive improvements
- 7Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations for facility management staff
- 8Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, contract terms, and risk management across the portfolio
- 9Drive innovation and best practices to improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction
- 10Maintain strong client relationships and vendor management to align with client goals and safety standards
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration
- 2Minimum of 8-10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager
- 3Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management
- 4Experience with human resource and performance management processes
- 5CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred

$102 - $120k per year
