Facilities Manager, Corporate Office & Operations
Overview
Own and lead facilities management for assigned sites at a large corporate real estate portfolio. Deliver services with SLAs and KPIs while managing budgets and third party vendors. Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives within professional office environments. Collaborate with senior leaders to align operations with client objectives and JLL processes.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and lead a facilities team to deliver services against SLAs and KPIs
- 2Oversee property operations and inspections to protect and improve client site value
- 3Drive continuous improvement by managing contractors and vendors
- 4Transform operational practices using JLL tools and processes
- 5Establish safety-first culture and ensure timely training and compliance
- 6Develop operating budgets with cost savings targets and manage within constraints
- 7Engage occupants on sustainability best practices and environmental stewardship
- 8Collaborate with sustainability team to monitor metrics and progress
- 9Serve as primary client interface for service delivery satisfaction
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 5-8 years Facilities Management experience with demonstrated leadership of facilities teams
- 2Experience managing 24/7 operations in fast-paced environments with strong client relationship skills
- 3Proven ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints
- 4Familiarity with building systems and ability to multitask without direct supervision
- 5Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 6Strong written and verbal communication and collaborative management style
- 7Understanding of safety procedures and preventive maintenance programs
- 8Ability to manage third-party contractors and vendors with audit compliance
