Overview

The Facilities Manager oversees a geographically dispersed portfolio ensuring safe compliant and efficient operations across a billion square feet of facilities. This role acts as the primary liaison between clients maintenance personnel and third‑party providers. It drives continuous improvement and collaboration across internal and external teams.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Oversee implementation and manage an effective maintenance management strategy
  • 2Organize workload to handle daily activities emergency assignments and special projects using CMMS
  • 3Ensure KPIs and performance objectives are completed to satisfaction
  • 4Manage all financials including billing statements expense forms purchase orders and budget
  • 5Maintain facilities according to industry standards evaluating assets equipment and processes for compliance
  • 6Identify deficiencies through inspections and audits and inform customers promptly
  • 7Investigate develop and implement projects to reduce costs increase quality and meet standards
  • 8Utilize technical competencies and diverse facilities engineering knowledge to create solutions
  • 9Promote environmental health and safety by adhering to practices and making recommendations
  • 10Foster positive work environment training and mentoring associates and maintaining relationships with customers
  • 11Oversee and accompany vendors on site for all work performed

Requirements11

  • 1Education High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2Minimum 7 years of multi‑site facilities management field operations or account leadership preferably supporting branch banking or customer‑facing portfolios
  • 3OSHA 10‑Hour and/or 30‑Hour card valid licenses and certifications
  • 4Valid driver’s license
  • 5Ability to read and comprehend safety policies procedure manuals and maintenance specifications
  • 6Strong written report writing and presentation skills
  • 7Experience with MS Word MS Excel email and CMMS
  • 8Physical stamina to sit use phones and computers frequently and walk extensively during inspections
  • 9Occasional lifting carrying pushing or pulling materials up to 25 pounds
  • 10Ability to respond to emergencies requiring extended standing walking or travel
  • 11Compliance with PPE standards and safety procedures
