Requirements11
- 110+ years of related experience as Senior Chief Engineer or Engineering Manager
- 2Outstanding knowledge of utility management HVAC mechanical electrical plumbing systems
- 35+ years managing engineering teams including hiring training and coaching
- 4Strong understanding of OSHA NFPA and EPA regulations
- 5Trade school education union training military service or college preferred
- 6Master's degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field
- 7Experience with Class A office buildings healthcare facilities or data centers
- 8Background in sustainability frameworks LEED Energy Star and CMMS
- 9Operating Engineer license or similar as applicable
- 10Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Outlook Excel Teams
- 11Experience with union labor environments collective bargaining agreements
