Work within a healthcare technology environment focused on asset management, audits, and capital planning.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain C-suite relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention
  • 2Lead program start-ups across new accounts and ensure successful audits from Joint Commission or DNV
  • 3Design KPI improvement strategies and monitor regional performance to optimize service delivery
  • 4Mentor and train Unit Directors and managers on program management and personnel development
  • 5Own the Service Delivery Plan by asset and respond expeditiously to clinical department or operator concerns
  • 6Scale operations to maintain optimal productivity, quality, and efficiency across hospitals and clinics
  • 7Drive participation in hospital committees to ensure safe equipment operation and contract alignment
  • 8Manage capital replacement strategies for medical equipment and maintenance requirements
  • 9Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards and QA policies across regions
  • 10Oversee hiring, performance evaluations, succession planning, and development plans for leadership team

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline or Healthcare Administration
  • 2Minimum of eight years servicing a broad representation of clinical/patient care equipment in a hospital environment
  • 3Minimum of three years on-site supervision of hospital technicians preferred
  • 4Minimum of three years managing multiple clinical engineering departments
  • 5Strong track record in client relationship management and contract execution
  • 6Experience with regulatory audits and accreditation processes
  • 7Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and programs
  • 8Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • 9Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and QA procedures
  • 10Willingness to travel as required
