Network Director Clinical Engineering
Overview
Lead clinical engineering initiatives to improve customer service and operational efficiency by managing the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan. This role oversees daily operations collaborates with customers develops associates and serves as a communication channel between hospital executives and TRIMEDX. The director directs Joint Commission inspections and ensures regulatory compliance. Based in Vancouver WA with required travel.

- 1Apply knowledge of technology to oversee site operations and direct others
- 2Oversee personnel staffing to ensure optimal service delivery
- 3Create and manage the network budget plan implement and evaluate programs
- 4Mentor and coach associates to deliver continuous service excellence
- 5Represent Clinical Engineering on committees and attend management councils
- 6Persuade divergent groups to build consensus and mobilize stakeholders
- 7Combine cross-functional business scope with expertise to drive results
- 8Manage the Integrated Service Plan oversee site inventory and databases
- 9Direct acquisition maintenance and repair of medical equipment train staff on safe practices
- 10Maintain documentation of preventative maintenance activities and repair work orders
- 11Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through Joint Commission inspections
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 10 years experience in clinical engineering environments
- 2Minimum 5 years experience leading people
- 3Proven ability to identify cause and effect relationships and make root cause corrections
- 4Strong experience in regulatory compliance
- 5Expertise in financial management contracts costing and equipment
- 6Bachelor's degree in management engineering or related field
- 7Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
- 8Experience managing multi-site networks exceeding 50% focus on one customer health system
Salary Insight
$140 - $170k per year
