Overview
Lead development of robotic assisted technologies for ischemic stroke treatment at Imperative Care in Campbell California. Establish processes and best practices based on user needs and validate through preclinical studies. Oversee budget spending and resources for continuous improvement of internal testing capabilities.

- 1Offer subject matter expertise to drive development and improvement of Telos’ technology
- 2Establish processes and best practices based on user needs validated through preclinical studies
- 3Supervise junior staff or project professionals as lead
- 4Serve as subject matter expert for project plans including preclinical testing and in-vivo animal studies
- 5Oversee budget spending for pre-clinical projects
- 6Contribute to strategies for clinical use of products aligning with company objectives
- 7Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams to identify critical issues
- 8Provide regular updates to management regarding project status and critical issues
- 9Create and execute design verification and testing plans
- 10Ensure project teams conduct pre-clinical testing following design control and quality standards
- 11Participate in hiring training and performance management of assigned team
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in mechanical or biomedical engineer or related discipline with minimum 12 years experience in medical device industry
- 2Extensive experience in clinical/technical innovation roles focusing on process GLP HFU and assessing endovascular or neurovascular devices
- 3Prior experience leading technical teams through novel technologies
- 4Ability to understand clinically meaningful nuances for physicians using similar technology
- 5Expert knowledge of product design under ISO 13485 with ability to interpret regulations QSR MDD and ISO
