The Principal Clinical Specialist leads clinical efforts within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Atlanta focusing on improving treatment for heart arrhythmias. This role drives regional case coverage and supports stakeholders through training and mentorship.
What You'll Do11
- 1Acts as senior clinical interface between medical community and business
- 2Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers
- 3Provides comprehensive engineering sales education and clinical support
- 4Develops training sessions for CRM products for healthcare professionals
- 5Offers sales support regional training seminars clinical studies data collection troubleshooting new product in-service training
- 6Mentors and leads less experienced Clinical Specialists
- 7Continuously develops engineering sales and technical skills aligned with Arrhythmia Management strategy
- 8Applies engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems
- 9Demonstrates advanced knowledge of cardiology electro-physiology and pacing systems
- 10Collaborates with engineers technical specialists vendors and customers to achieve goals
- 11Manages multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 27+ years related experience or program certification from accredited cardiac training program
- 3Must have IBHRE or advanced leadless certification in CRM products
- 4Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology electro-physiology procedures
- 5Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols
- 6Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 8Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- 9Extensive personal computer skills including Microsoft Office
