Overview

DNWest San Francisco seeks a Clinical Skills Program Lead to drive professional growth of the organ operations team. This role designs and oversees Clinical Skills and Practices programs while participating in learner‑centered curriculum delivery. The position serves as a change agent fostering continuous improvement and meets industry quality standards.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Oversee scheduling training development coaching and career advancement for clinical staff
  • 2Support team leaders with corrective improvement actions and performance plans
  • 3Assist with clinical candidate sourcing and interviewing alongside leadership
  • 4Activate quality systems reporting and follow up with direct reports
  • 5Identify and implement improvements for learning or performance issues
  • 6Manage Sim Lab vendor management and asset oversight
  • 7Attend meetings and coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals
  • 8Familiarize with CMS benchmarking and advocate for ongoing improvement
  • 9Coordinate stakeholder meetings to design and deliver curriculum projects
  • 10Establish evaluate plans and report objectives and key results
  • 11Analyze risk and propose solutions in a timely manner

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC)
  • 3Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
  • 4Minimum 2 years organ procurement experience
  • 5Expertise in Microsoft Office and Zoom
  • 6Proven ability to travel regionally and nationally
  • 7Strong conflict resolution and team building skills
  • 8Knowledge of referral management patient assessment and clinical allocation
  • 9Experience with adult learning theory and simulation training design
  • 10Demonstrated track record of improving operational performance
  • 11Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information
