Clinical Coordinator Graduate DNP Program
Overview
The Clinical Coordinator will own and scale clinical site coordination for the DNP Nurse Anesthesia program. This full-time exempt role requires independent initiative and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing diverse clinical sites and supporting graduate education initiatives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in establishing and maintaining clinical sites for graduate education programs
- 2Manage systematic data collection processes and database administration
- 3Analyze student clinical issues to identify program strengths and needs
- 4Develop document management systems for clinical evaluations
- 5Maintain current site contracts and affiliation agreements
- 6Create and sustain a Clinical Coordination Canvas for student communication
- 7Perform detailed record keeping and program file organization
- 8Plan and support onsite student activities
- 9Contribute to accreditation documentation efforts
- 10Demonstrate professional coordination of clinical education
- 11Complete additional assigned duties as needed
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 23-5 years relevant professional experience
- 3Proficiency with Word Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- 4Knowledge of University Banner system
- 5Ability to work flexible hours for school events
- 6Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- 7Commitment to diversity respectful treatment
- 8Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms
- 9Familiarity with grant management processes
- 10Understanding of healthcare compliance standards
