Senior Electrical Project Manager, Commercial Construction
Overview
Own the delivery of large scale commercial electrical projects from planning to closeout. Lead cross functional teams across multiple sites ensuring quality, schedule, and profitability. Collaborate with general contractors, trade partners, and clients to drive successful project outcomes. What You'll Do6
- 1Build the project plan including schedule, budget, and scope for commercial electrical projects
- 2Drive execution across multiple sites while maintaining schedule, quality, and profitability
- 3Monitor budgets, costs, labor, materials, change orders, and billing to safeguard financial performance
- 4Review plans, specs, contracts, and electrical requirements to ensure alignment with project goals
- 5Identify risks, delays, and conflicts and develop effective mitigation and recovery plans
- 6Coordinate with general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to ensure seamless integration
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial electrical construction
- 2Strong understanding of electrical systems and electrical power systems
- 3Experience coordinating electrical crews and working with construction management teams
- 4Knowledge of project scheduling, estimating and bidding, electrical take-offs, change orders, contracts, project budgeting, cost control
- 5Proven ability to manage profitable commercial electrical projects and multiple locations simultaneously
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
