What You'll Do8

- 4Track and complete project paperwork, submittals, and change orders.

- 6Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for build accuracy.
- 7Develop project goals and prioritize tasks to achieve them.
- 8Conduct performance reviews and enforce compliance with safety standards.
Requirements8
- 15+ years as an Electrical Project Manager with commercial projects.
- 25+ years running multi-million dollar commercial electrical jobs.
- 3Experience managing crews, estimating, materials, and financials.
- 4Track record of handling multiple projects of varying sizes.
- 5Local to Orange County, CA with daily onsite availability.
- 6Ability to work independently with strong decision-making.
- 7Proficient in MS Project, Accubid, and AutoCAD.
- 8Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
