What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead Assistant Project Managers, Foremen, and General Foremen to execute electrical scopes on commercial builds.
  • 2Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout for 3-5 concurrent projects, maintaining profitability and quality.
  • 3Support bidding and estimating, including take-offs and change orders, to secure new commercial construction work.
  • 4Coordinate with construction management teams and other trades to resolve conflicts and keep schedules on track.
  • 5Represent the organization in project meetings, presenting status and mitigating risks to clients and inspectors.
  • 6Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and trade partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • 7Enforce NEC code compliance and safety standards, conducting site audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • 8Train and mentor helpers and mechanics, evaluating performance and supporting workforce development.
  • 9Keep job sites clean and organized, reflecting professionalism and safety.
  • 10Monitor safety metrics and lead incident prevention initiatives across all active sites.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years managing electrical projects in commercial construction, including field coordination with electrical crews.
  • 2Strong grasp of electrical systems and power systems, with NEC code knowledge.
  • 3Proven track record of delivering profitable projects with budgets over $1M.
  • 4Experience with scheduling, estimating, bids, take-offs, and change orders.
  • 5Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple locations, with frequent travel.
  • 6Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and estimating software.
  • 8Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 9Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
  • 10Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
