What You'll Do18
- 1Provide executive-level oversight for large electrical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout
- 2Lead cross-functional teams including Project Managers Assistant Project Managers Superintendents and support staff
- 3Develop and implement project execution strategies achieving safety quality schedule and financial objectives
- 4Coordinate field operations engineering procurement and client stakeholders
- 5Resolve major project challenges risks and schedule impacts
- 6Establish trusted relationships with clients owners general contractors consultants and key stakeholders
- 7Serve as primary executive point of contact throughout project execution
- 8Lead executive-level project meetings provide performance updates and drive customer satisfaction
- 9Oversee project budgets forecasts cash flow and profitability
- 10Review approve major purchasing decisions subcontract agreements and change orders
- 11Monitor financial performance implement corrective actions and ensure profit margin objectives
- 12Direct manpower planning allocate resources across multiple projects
- 13Partner with operations leadership ensure workforce availability and staffing needs
- 14Establish project priorities align with company objectives
- 15Promote continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- 16Champion safety accountability through OSHA compliance and quality control programs

Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Engineering Business or related field
- 215+ years experience in electrical construction management
- 37+ years leading multiple project teams or large-scale construction programs
- 4Proven success delivering complex commercial industrial manufacturing mission-critical data center semiconductor or advanced technology projects
- 5Strong understanding of contract administration budgeting scheduling and project controls
- 6Experience managing projects over $50M
- 7Certifications such as PMP CCM OSHA 30 or industry-specific credentials
- 8Proficiency with Primavera P6 Microsoft Project Procore Bluebeam ACCUBID and related construction management software
- 9Experience managing self-perform electrical construction operations
- 10Demonstrated ability to lead self-perform electrical construction operations
