What You'll Do9
- 1Provide executive leadership for multiple commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- 2Lead mentor and develop Project Managers Project Engineers and field leadership teams
- 3Oversee project financial performance including budgets forecasting cost control and profitability
- 4Build and maintain strong relationships with owners general contractors architects and key stakeholders
- 5Ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards
- 6Review contracts manage risk and provide strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle
- 7Drive operational improvements and implement best practices across project teams
- 8Collaborate with executive leadership on staffing resource planning and business growth initiatives
- 9Foster a culture of accountability safety teamwork and continuous improvement
Requirements10
- 110+ years of commercial electrical construction experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
- 2Previous experience as a Project Executive Senior Project Manager Operations Manager or similar leadership role
- 3Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale commercial electrical construction projects
- 4Strong financial and business acumen with experience overseeing project budgets forecasting and contract management
- 5Exceptional leadership communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- 6Ability to lead high-performing teams while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 7Preferred Experience Commercial high-rise healthcare hospitality mission-critical data center industrial or large institutional projects
- 8Experience managing multimillion-dollar electrical construction portfolios
- 9Proficiency with construction management software scheduling platforms and Microsoft Office
- 10Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred but not required
