Overview
Lead delivery of largest electrical construction projects in Houston. This role owns project performance financially and drives strategic execution across stakeholders. Operate under Operations function with Branch Managers and field leadership. Mentor junior managers while expanding client relationships. Differentiate by providing executive-level client stewardship and cross-functional integration.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead execution of large complex projects ensuring alignment with contracts schedules and financial goals
- 2Own and manage project or portfolio P&L including budget development forecasting and margin optimization
- 3Develop execution strategies covering sequencing logistics staffing and resource planning
- 4Serve as primary executive-level point of contact for clients and general contractors
- 5Drive financial performance through productivity improvements cost recovery and margin protection
- 6Oversee procurement of major equipment subcontractors and vendors
- 7Provide leadership directing Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- 8Coordinate field leadership engineering BIM and prefabrication teams for integrated execution
- 9Identify and manage enterprise-level risks across operational financial contractual and client domains
- 10Deliver comprehensive project closeout commissioning and turnover processes
- 11Report project portfolio performance to executives including status financials and strategic considerations

- 13Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field required
- 14OSHA 30 Certification mandatory with completion timeline allowed
- 15Valid driver’s license required for site travel
- 16PMP certification preferred with progression toward advanced credentials
